1) Chota Kashmir

2) Malshej Ghat

Located in the Pune district of Maharashtra, India, Malshej Ghat is a 700 meters high mountain pass located in the western ghats range. The pass is nestled in the high rugged hills, in the western ghat. Varieties of flora and fauna including the avian population like crakes, flamingos, rails and quails as well as cuckoos take shelter in the Malshej Ghat. Travellers witness view of the valley, which is a soothing sight to watch. What one should not miss is the view from the MTDC Resort. The ghat is also famous for dark wood architecture and the variety of animals found. These animals include leopards, tigers, peacocks and rabbits. A rather more attractive and famous place found is the khireshwar village which is at an approximate distance of 2 to 3 Kilometers from the pass. On passing the khireshwar village, one can witness numerous waterfalls in the hilly terrain. These waterfalls range are of small to huge ones, and some of them are located near the highway.
Malshej ghat offers various activities to keep the visitors busy, for both the adventure seekers and the nature lovers; this place has so much to offer.
